Hey everyone, happy New Year!!  We had a quiet one last night…watched the dude jump the football field in Vegas, then settled in for the televised Oklahoma City fireworks display.  Today we took down decorations.  I’m glad I only scheduled myself for 3,000 words today!  LOL.  But I did get my 5,000 done yesterday!!!  Okay, now back to our reguarly scheduled programming *g*…

Working for the Devil, by Lillith Saint Crow

Necromance-for-hire Dante Valentine is choosy about her jobs. Hot-tempered and with nerves of steel, she can raise the dead like nobody’s business. But one rainy Monday morning, everything goes straight to Hell.  The Devil hires Dante to eliminate a renegade demon: Vardimal Santino. In return, he will let her live. It’s an offer she can’t refuse.  There’s just one catch. How do you kill something that can’t die? What a great mainstream deubt!

Lillith Saint Crow has been around the “e” world for quite a while, and this book is definitely in the vein of her initial offerings.  Fast, furious and fabulously descriptive, as a reader I lived in Dante’s world.  She’s a hugely compelling character, as are her two love interests and the cast of characters that makes up her universe.  I can’t wait to see where the next book in the series goes!
